Graham Childs

Graham is a Principal Consultant and Managing Director of Mastertek. Since joining Mastertek in 1999, Graham has developed people management and total reward strategies for many leading companies, in particular organisations seeking cultural change, revenue and profit growth. Graham is seen as a thought leader in people management programs that ‘make strategy work’. Programs include the design of equity plans in privately held companies, long and short-term incentives and sales commission plans and post merger integration projects.

Prior to joining Mastertek in December 1999, Graham was, for nine years, the Director of the Human Capital Group for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, a leading international consulting firm. In addition to his consulting experience, Graham has had extensive human resource, industrial relations and general management experience.

Graham has a Bachelor of Business Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations.

Jamie Anderson

Jamie has extensive experience in the remuneration and benefits arena having held senior roles at Aristocrat Leisure Limited and Oil Search Limited in Australia. Jamie’s experience also spans the public sector where he worked as a member of the Cabinet Office and other government departments in the UK. Jamie joins the Mastertek team as a senior consultant to work predominantly on innovative reward strategies for our clients.

Macleay Christopherson

Macleay joined Mastertek as a consultant in 2006. Macleay is a business advisor who has helped many organizations to grow by assisting them in areas such as strategic plan development, plan implementation, profitability analysis, financial modeling and business process improvement. He has a commercial focus and a very pragmatic and analytical approach combined with an empathetic attitude to dealing with people and business issues.

Macleay has a bachelor degrees in both Electrical Engineering (Hons) and Commerce from The University of Sydney.

Karen Vandenberg

Karen joined Mastertek as a Senior Consultant in March 2001. Since this time, Karen has worked with many leading companies, helping to develop people management programs and reward systems designed to drive business performance. Prior to joining Mastertek, Karen had over six years consulting experience at Watson Wyatt, a global consultancy firm specialising in the delivery of organisational, H.R., remuneration and employee benefits consulting services. Karen was responsible for client account management and the coordination of ongoing & ad-hoc projects, including compensation and reward programs.

Karen has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, both from Macquarie University.

Brett Byles

Brett has joined Mastertek initially as a Research Analyst and will support our team and our clients in a wide ranging role covering research, analysis and reporting. He will also be coordinating our marketing activities.
