Welcome to our blog!

Hi there, and welcome to our brand new blog. As we go about the business of helping our clients to ‘make strategy work’ we regularly find ourselves pondering new and unusual subjects, and just as often reconsidering approaches to age old challenges.

The aim of our blog then is to share our thinking on some of the more interesting subjects as well as providing news and updates on matters of general interest in the performance and rewards space.
