About Our Partners

Reward Recruitment was established in 2017 by Mastertek Alumni Simon Rudd, our former Head of Data and Systems.    Prior to founding the Reward Recruitment business and brand Simon amassed over 20 years’ recruitment and remuneration experience in both corporate and consulting environments.

Throughout his successful HR career, Simon has managed blue-chip accounts in Recruitment Agencies (Morgan & Banks, Hudson) as well as outsourced recruitment solutions for a Global Talent Solutions Company (Talent2).  He has headed both Talent Acquisition and Remuneration functions for a Listed Corporate (Vector Limited), as well, of course, as supporting the roll-out of the Mastertek Job Evaluation System (MJES) and our Local Government Salary and Benefits database.

Motivated by a desire to give something back to the HR community and local government industry, Simon takes the lead on all Mastertek recruitment engagements under our partnership with Reward Recruitment to ensure our clients benefit from the most effective processes and recruitment services available today.
