Each step of the way, our consultants bring ready-to-use templates and tools that are presented to your leadership team in workshop format.  Each workshop is designed to ensure that your leaders are positioned to implement the new processes and tools with maximum effect.

Our engagements are based on a fixed monthly fee model tailored to deliver the level of support your internal team requires to implement the OD-C3 program.  We don’t bill by the clock like many of our competitors, so once the engagement established we can focus entirely on delivering great outcomes for your organisation – no matter how much of our time and support you end needing.
